ASEM DOCTORATE SCHOOL

ADMITIONS

The admission contest is attended by citizens of the Republic of Moldova who hold a Master's degree or equivalent, with a general average of not less than 8.0 and the grade of the specialized exam not less than 9.

The conditions of admission and education for foreign citizens and stateless persons are the same as for the citizens of the Republic of Moldova. The admission is based on interstate agreements or on the basis of individual contracts, with the agreement of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova.

Candidates have the right to join the admission contest for a single doctoral program.

To apply for a PhD, the candidate presents the application form. Incomplete files are not accepted for sign-up. After the enrollment period, the scientific specialty and the educational form can not be changed!

Registration of candidates for admissions is done centrally, at 690 B. For all activities related to admission, the physical presence of the candidate is mandatory.

STUDIES

Advanced University Education Program

The advanced university education program is a set of disciplines and activities that a doctoral student is required to pass in the first year of doctoral studies during two semesters. Its main objective is the formation of PhD students in order to acquire scientific research skills in the use of scientific knowledge.

Scientific Research Program (SRP)

Mission and vision

The main objective of the Scientific Research Program (SRP) is the elaboration of the PhD thesis. This program is carried out within the departments of the faculty, and the actual researches can be carried out in the specialized scientific laboratories, ASEM's Economic Research Institute and other subdivisions.

Content of SRP

  • Elaboration of the scientific research project
  • Elaboration, each year, of 1 scientific paper on the topic of doctoral thesis.
  • Participation in national and international scientific conferences / symposiums
  • Publication of research results in scientific journals recognized at national and international level.
  • Elaboration of doctoral thesis.

For foreign PhD students, the research reports and the PhD thesis may be elaborated in an international language, the thesis being also summery published in Romanian.

ADMITIONS

The admission contest can be attended by the graduates with a master's degree from the country and abroad, regardless of the field in which the candidate has obtained the diploma, as well as the graduates with a Bachelor's degree, issued until 2005, have the right to participate in the admission contest for doctoral studies , based on 5 year study programs (program 3 + 2).
